Sovereign AI, in practice
Sovereignty is the requirement. These are six ways organisations meet it - each one a build we have done before, customised to your rules and your systems, and running inside your own environment. Most teams start with one.
Six builds
These are starting points, not fixed products. Every one is shaped around the way your organisation already works.
Documents
Not a better search box. Private AI that has been given your contracts, policies, standards and case files, and answers questions about them in your own terminology - reasoning across several documents at once, applying your domain's rules, and citing what it drew on.
See the questions it answers →Order handling
Incoming enquiries read, checked against your own rules, priced, and written into the system that raises the order.
How this works in manufacturing →Quality and compliance
Your material checked against the rule it has to satisfy - procedures against the regulation or framework you report on, training packages against the units, orders against spec, code against policy.
How this works for RTOs →Growth
The sources your work actually comes from - tenders, registers, industry news - watched and filtered down to the opportunities worth a call.
See it in production →Knowledge
Find past jobs by the parts, drawings and decisions they involved - decades of project history made searchable.
See it in production →Operations
One question across CRM, ERP, projects and finance - which jobs are at risk this month? - answered from all of them at once, in real time, against live records rather than last night's export.
See the questions it answers →How a build runs
Every one of these starts the same way - small, in your own environment, on your real documents or systems, so you find out whether it works before you commit to it.
Step one
Thirty minutes. We work out which of the six is closest to your problem, and whether it is worth doing at all. Free, and we will say so if the answer is no.
Step two
A working pilot inside your own environment, on real data and with real users - scoped and costed before it starts, so there are no surprises. Proof-of-Value engagements start at A$9,800 and rise with complexity. Infrastructure is quoted separately, because it runs on hardware or in a cloud tenant you own.
Step three
Production deployment in your environment, with support. Most teams add a second build once the first has earned its place.
The part that comes first
Every build on this page can run in your own cloud or your own building. Which one your data allows is a question we answer before anything gets built - not after. The one-minute check will give you a first answer without sending us anything.
Answer five questions and we will map it - where AI would genuinely help your team, and which deployment tier your data allows. Nothing is submitted.
